Most of the albums in the collection were previously unavailable or are currently out of print on vinyl. Flippin’ The B Side is the new addition to the collection. It will feature a selection of non-album tracks. These tracks have never been pressed to vinyl. Not to mention the albums, Black Rain, Down to Earth and Scream have never been pressed to vinyl in the U.S. Whilst No More Tears is remastered from the original analog masters. It is offered as a two-LP set. Which delivers the album’s songs uncompressed for the very first time on vinyl.
In fact, there are ten newly designed 24″x36″ posters that are included. Basically, the posters showcase some never-before-seen images. They accompany the ten studio albums released between 1981-2010. In the same way, twelve AR (Augmented Reality experiences) are included throughout the package. Additional details are to be announced closer to the release date. The definitive collection will feature an individually numbered vellum certificate of authenticity. It is signed by Ozzy Osbourne himself.
In brief, Ozzy explained, “This one’s the most elaborate collection so far.” “It’s very well thought-out and well put together. It’s got everything in there that you possibly could want and some surprises along the way. The sound of a vinyl record is different, and I do believe that vinyl sounds better.”
Finally, the album is out for pre-order here. Also, the promo for the release is shown below.
