Restart Your Day With This Fiery Mix of 80’s Malay Disco from Xes Xes Loveseat

This fiery mix of 80’s Malay disco features jazz singer Anita Sarawak, saxophonist and composer Ahmad Nawab, Singaporean group Black Dog Bone, and many more.

Citing Kraftwerk’s “The Man Machine” as one of the most important records in history in an interview with JUICE, the veteran DJ extraordinaire and part time lecturer, will pull you into a world lost in time with his latest mix series – Volume 5 of The Art of Disco, (notable track being 10:24 that we still can’t quite make out. Xes Xes Loveseat, if you read this, let us know!)

You can listen to more of his mixes here, and here.

Titled the “Loveseat HQ”, his home setup is pretty sick and cosy (with racks he built himself and SL1200s), and you can view more in detail here.
