17 Jun Fred Perry & White Label Records presents MUSIC WOVEN IN
In the spirit of its longstanding fashion and music heritage, Fred Perry takes residency this June onwards at White Label Records with MUSIC WOVEN IN – a series of gig-sessions spotlighting the brand’s newest collections and the stories they tell, paired with the sounds of music genres they reflect.
Kicking off the series on Saturday 29 June, the first instalment of MUSIC WOVEN IN centres around Fred Perry’s Monochrome collection.
Set to drop at selected Fred Perry stores in mid-June, the collection features key sportswear and streetwear pieces in a monochrome palette, with core design details reimagined but recognisably Fred Perry.
EXCLUSIVE FRED PERRY x WHITE LABEL RECORDS PATCHES
Up for grabs, in limited quantities, at MUSIC WOVEN IN are exclusive embroidered patches designed in collaboration with White Label Records, and inspired by Fred Perry collections. Our little nod to the heritage of the Northern Soul patch collectors in the late 60s and 70s, event-goers can expect to collect a different MUSIC WOVEN IN patch at every session they are at.
Manning the decks with tunes to accompany the night is none other than Shanghai-born, London-grown, and Singapore-based DJ – Eden YC. Drawing inspiration from the aesthetics of the Monochrome collection, Eden’s set looks to explore the electronic soundscapes of Britain – garage, grime, dubstep, drum & bass.
